1. Supercell ID not working bug
First off — in case you didn’t know, Supercell ID is a completely free service created by the CoC game developer that saves your game progress on the cloud. It works with every game made by Supercell including Clash Royale.
Fortunately, the Finnish developer has already fixed the issue back in 2018 through an update. However, if you’re still facing the issue in 2020, there is a quick fix for that: Close the CoC app, close all the apps running in the background, and then restart the CoC app. This should fix if your Supercell ID refuses to load the saved game data.
2. Clash of Clans black screen issue
Stuck at a black screen as the game refuses to load? Well, you’re not the only one facing the issue as many users have had come across this problem at some point while playing the game. Again, the fix is simple and you can have the game up and running in no time.
To fix the ‘black screen of death’ issue on the CoC app, you need to follow these steps:
- Go to Settings and then select Apps and Notifications.
- Click the ‘Clash of Clans’ app.
- Select Storage and then tap on the ‘Clear cache’ option.

You need to head over to Settings and click on ‘Apps and Notifications’. Select the Clash of Clans from the list of installed apps, and then click on the ‘Mobile data & Wi-Fi’ option. Now, enable the ‘Background data’ and ‘Unrestricted data usage’ options and make sure the ‘Disabled data usage’ option remains disabled.
